As a Director at Kim's M&T DMC Korea / Regional Manager of MPI Academy, I lead the domestic and inbound tourism division, as well as the event management sub-brand company Creven Korea. I have successfully managed multiple projects, from searching and bidding for RFPs, to producing official proposals, to overseeing event timelines, themes, settings, hotel procurements, logistics, Q-sheets, and concierge services. Some of my notable achievements include securing a large contract with international clients. 

I am passionate about enhancing my skills and knowledge in the event industry, which is why I obtained two certifications: Digital Event Strategist (DES) and Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS), issued by PCMA and SITE respectively. I also hold an MBA in Business from Yonsei Graduate School of Business, and I am currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Convention & Exhibition Management at Kyung Hee University. My academic background and professional experience have equipped me with strong competencies in distribution strategies, travel, export, and event management. My goal is to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions for my clients and stakeholders, and to contribute to the growth and development of the tourism and event sectors in Korea and beyond.
